Your first visit will start with a free initial mini diagnostic assessment. We have all the supplies and materials needed, it only takes about 45 minutes, and the results are ready for review within minutes. The assessment is a low-stress experience. When an activity becomes too difficult, we stop that activity and move on to the next. Our goal is to see what they already know, so we spend our time wisely during each lesson. Together, we will design a customized program based on their needs, skills, and pace. Our average student attends twice per week and grows one year every ten weeks! You are kept up-to-date every step of the way through regular progress reports and post-tests.
Explore programs in emergent reading, basic reading, advanced reading, basic math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Pre-Calculus, ACT, SAT, and Homework Help. Each lesson is fifty minutes of instruction.
Students earn tickets. The tickets are exchanged for prizes at our market. Students of all ages enjoy earning prizes that range from fidget toys to $40 gift cards. Certificates are earned for mastering concepts. The greatest external motivator they will receive is the support, patience, and praise given by our teachers. We also help advanced students go beyond the typical classroom education. Their minds come alive as they begin discovering their potential.
Our teachers are knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and flexible. Each teacher is certified with classroom experience. Most of our teachers teach in local public schools, so they are familiar with the latest teaching methods. In addition, they have been trained to use our specialized program. They are experts at tailoring instruction to each student. There is no need for a student to fit our curriculum. Our program is designed to be flexible.
No, we believe extra homework can overwhelm your already overloaded child. However, your child is welcome to bring in homework from school.

The initial assessment is free. Tutoring is based on $50 per lesson. Each lesson is 50 minutes. Attending one lesson per week is $200/month and twice per week is $400/month. We do have a $3/lesson discount when paying with ACH.
Tuition is paid monthly and based on a yearly average of four weeks per month. The months with five weeks and three weeks average.
• A consistent schedule is crucial for students to make progress and learn effectively.
• Please call, text, or email at least two hours before your student is scheduled to arrive.
• A makeup lesson cannot be rescheduled.
• Makeup lessons never expire.
• It is the guardian's responsibility to schedule makeup lesson(s).
• We do not prorate, refund, or credit missed lessons. For example, your next monthly payment will not change if a student misses a lesson.
• There is no need to schedule a make up lesson when we areclosed. You pay tuition monthly, and tuition is based on a yearly average. The months with five weeks and the months with three weeks average out. We charge based on a four-week average.
• There is a limit of ten make up lessons per calendar year.
